Senior building services engineer BSE

Innovative building services engineering (BSE) is a precondition for making residents and users feel at home and to guarantee the efficient and sustainable use of resources such as water and energy. We design and optimise all kinds of BSE projects – heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation systems. Work on such projects is one of our core tasks. We are looking for a senior building services engineer to reinforce our team.

Your tasks

• Taking on responsibility for all aspects of BSE within the project team
• Managing of the BSE design team
• Liaising with builders’ representatives
• Acquiring new tasks

Your profile

This challenging role requires expertise and experience in the area of BSE. In addition to a degree in construction with a focus on BSE, you have several years’ experience in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation systems. Thinking in the broader context of building operations, experience in the business environment, good communication skills and a readiness to accept the responsibility associated with your function are key.
